This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the website Legacy Role Play (hereinafter – "Legacy RP"), located at the domain name en.playgta5legacy.com and its subdomains, may obtain about a user (“User”) during the use of the website, its programs, services, and products.

8.2. The Administration shall review the received complaint and respond within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt, unless another deadline is explicitly announced by the Administration.

From the moment funds are credited to the User’s account in the Service, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: refusal to use the Service, account deletion, account suspension or banning, technical malfunctions, or changes in the operation or rules of the project.
10.3. By topping up their account, the User confirms that they fully understand and unconditionally accept these terms and expressly waive any monetary claims or demands against the Administration of the project.
10.4. Topping up an account does not grant the User any ownership or other proprietary rights to the Service, in-game items, or functionality. All in-game items and benefits remain part of the project infrastructure and may be modified or removed at any time.
10.5. These provisions take precedence over any other conflicting terms published on the Website or communicated elsewhere and are deemed final and non-negotiable within the project.
