User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter – “Agreement”) applies to the use of the website Legacy Role Play ("Legacy RP") located at en.playgta5legacy.com, as well as any services, products, and in-game systems provided by the Legacy RP project.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the Legacy RP project ("Administration") and the User.

1.2. By registering, accessing, or using the Website or the in-game project, the User fully agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. If the User disagrees with any part of this Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Website and Services.

2. Rights and Obligations of the User

2.1. The User undertakes to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions established by the Legacy RP Administration.

2.2. The User agrees not to:

• violate the game rules, website rules, or community guidelines;
• exploit bugs, cheat, or use third-party tools to gain unfair advantage;
• impersonate Administration members or other individuals;
• perform actions harming the project, its stability, reputation, or players.

2.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login data.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Administration

3.1. The Administration has the right to:

• modify or restrict access to any Services without prior notice;
• ban, restrict, or delete User accounts for rule violations;
• change game mechanics, items, currency, and any in-game systems at any time;
• refuse to provide Services if the User violates this Agreement.

3.2. The Administration undertakes to maintain stable project operation within reasonable technical limits.

4. Virtual Goods and Donations

4.1. All payments on the Legacy RP website are considered voluntary *donations* to support the project.

4.2. Donations provide no guarantee of continued availability of purchased items, benefits, or features.

4.3. The User understands and agrees that:

• donations are not payments for services in the legal sense;
• the Administration may modify or remove in-game items at any time;
• no refunds shall be provided under any circumstances.

5. Liability

5.1. The Administration is not responsible for:

• technical failures unrelated to the project;
• actions of third parties, including players;
• loss of User data due to the User's negligence;
• interruption of access caused by force majeure or maintenance.

5.2. The User uses the Website and Services “as-is,” without guarantees.

6. Changes to the Agreement

6.1. The Administration may modify this Agreement at any time without notice.

6.2. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website.
